Position Title: Medical Assembler I

Summary:

This role involves hands-on assembly of medical products, inventory handling, and general production support. Attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products per instructions and quality guidelines
• Record production data accurately
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean workspace
• Report quality or process issues
• Support packing and shipping as needed
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations
• Follow safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, ERP/QMS systems preferred)
• Medical device assembly experience a plus

Details:

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Location: Onsite (New Brighton, MN)
